What we process

• Licences: e-mail, company ID, company name, number of devices, purchase and update dates, identifiers of activated devices (random, not linked to a person). Purpose: performing the contract, delivering the licence. Kept for the life of the licence and 10 years for accounting and tax.
• Payments: processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland); card details never reach us.
• E-mails: sent by Resend (Resend, Inc.) – licences, update reminders, notices of legal changes.
• Trial protection: so that the trial can be used only once, we keep a one-way fingerprint (SHA-256) of the e-mail and the device, and for 30 days of the IP address the request came from. The e-mail, device or IP address can’t be recovered from it. Purpose: legitimate interest – preventing abuse. Kept: e-mail and device fingerprints as long as licence records, IP fingerprints 30 days.
• Hosting: Cloudflare (website, licence server, encrypted sync).

Data in the till

Sales, documents, items and customer data stay on the buyer’s devices. Sync between devices is encrypted on the device with a key only you know – we have no access to the content. The buyer is the controller of that data.

Cookies

The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The international site tillpocket.store only remembers the chosen country and language (strictly necessary cookies).
